Multi-emitter Pigtailed Source PUMA - High Brightness Pump for Fibre Lasers

PUMA is a multi-emitter pump source based on the state of the art technology of highly reliable single stripe laser diodes with life-time exceeding 100,000 hours. Serial connection of the laser diodes and built-in electronic driver results in efficient current regulation and this in turn translates into high electrical-to-optical power conversion efficiency.

PUMA delivers up to 30 W of CW optical power in a 105 µm, 0.22 NA all glass multimode optical fibre and offers unprecedented brightness and reliability. PUMA comes in three basic configurations with 20W, 30W and 40W of output power. Operating wavelength is 915 or 970 nm although other wavelengthsare available.
